🚪 ROM’s Front Door Fiasco

Happy Sunday, everyone. Hope you’re enjoying your last few hours of freedom before classes kick your teeth in again.

Today’s rant is dedicated to a recurring issue that just won’t die:
The ROM front doors.
Yes, those doors.

If you’ve been lurking on Discord lately, you’ve probably seen the constant pings begging for someone—anyone to come open the doors. At this point, I wouldn’t be shocked if someone gave up and tried to dropkick their way in. Honestly? I’d respect it.

And no, this isn’t some new, temporary issue.
This has been happening since last year.
Let that sink in.

You’d think someone—anyone—would’ve fixed it by now, but clearly, we’re asking too much from the same school that blessed us with a grimy laundry room and a mail system powered by stress and prayer.

I’m sorry. I guess I was naive to expect that, after paying thousands of dollars for an education, the bare minimum would be higher quality. But this is the same school that:

• Has ongoing housing shortages (despite the sea of real estate nearby just sitting there)
• Runs one lonely shuttle bus that does absolutely jack when it comes to helping students shop or get around town

At this rate, the front doors will still be broken by the time we graduate—if they haven’t sealed themselves shut out of spite.

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’ll be dealing with a massive headache—probably from the sheer number of issues this school has.
